    Job Description:

    The Parts Department Supervisor ensures timely and accurate parts fulfillment to enable Home Depot Rental to meet service and maintenance commitments to our internal customers. The Supervisor will accomplish this by ensuring Purchasing Agents and Parts Coordinators are meeting their performance metrics in a timely and professional manner. The Parts Department Supervisor will lead the parts department in all functions and report to the Product Support Manager. 

     Job Responsibilities:

    • Experience supporting team of associates that must meet goals and objectives to meet business needs.
    • Support Purchasing Agents and Parts Coordinators in vendor communication, field parts requests, cycle counts, and replenishment processing as needed.
    • Represent Parts team in meetings with internal customer and external vendors.
    • Proven ability to work with Management to set daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly goals for the team.
    • Manage Internal Warehouse staff and inventory levels.
    • Leverage coaching opportunities to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to internal customers; documented via our system and consistently improved.
    • Responsible for managing annual employee reviews and evaluations for the Parts Department Staff.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Associates degree or higher preferred
    • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
