    Job Responsibilities:

    • High visibility role working with Pre-Construction Leadership team, developing relationships as you build out solutions to support them
    • Support timely and complete reporting – where possible drive to automated, dashboard-based views
    • Opportunity to work cross-functionally, especially with Finance, to collaborate on high-level performance dashboards
    • Successful project management of key workstreams within ongoing programs
    • Business process support for broader team
    • Opportunity to stand up the Power BI platform for the Pre-Construction group
    • Fostering a culture of data-driven program management, product excellence and exceptional execution

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Five (5) or more years in a quantitative analytical role (e.g., PMO, finance, strategy, operations, analytics, data science) building models to surface actionable business insights
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work effectively on multiple complex projects/programs in a deadline-driven environment
    • Extensive experience in requirements gathering, scope drafting, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule and within budget
    • Knowledge of MS Excel (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts) and data visualization tools including experience building dashboards
    • Extensive experience with forecasting methods and data analysis
