Healthcare Internships Summer 2023 – Lab Instrument Proposal Analyst In Gahanna

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the role is to review and approve Lab Instrument Proposals submitted in Salesforce eProposal tool by the McKesson Instrument Specialists including Purchase, Reagent Rental, Technology & Lab Consulting Agreements. Track, provide reporting and conduct compliance calls with sales, vendors and customers on Reagent Rental Compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with cross functional teams across the organization to ensure communication of new items and accounts are sent to the appropriate teams.
• Review Lab Instrument Proposals submitted in Salesforce eProposal tool by the McKesson Instrument
• Specialists including Purchase, Reagent Rental, Technology & Lab Consulting Agreements validating and ensuring accuracy for account information, acquisition method, GPO, pricing, costs, margins, value ads, discounts, annual commitment, etc. while meeting or exceeding SLA.
• Assist sales team with questions and training on proposals, reagent rentals, and compliance.
• Track, provide reporting, coordinate and conduct compliance calls with sales, vendors and customers on Reagent Rental Compliance monthly.
• Provide calculator and required documents to leasing company for reagent rentals.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines with extreme accuracy.
• Attention to detail and demonstration of quick follow up to study needs, commits to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to coordinate and conduct professional calls with sales and customers communicating compliance status and solutions
• Strong time management and organization skills with flexibility to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
