Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• You will play a key role in supporting the digital activities of the council, in maintaining excellent standards by which systems are implemented, maintained and developed.
• This role includes technical support of system upgrades and integrations, investigation and resolution of system incidents and contributes to corporate projects to meet the digital aims of the organisation.
• You will be tasked with providing second and third-line technical support including detailed investigation and analysis to resolve incidents.
• This will involve working closely with business leads, suppliers and colleagues.
• You will also undertake technical development of our system environments, routine/operational works to maintain security levels of systems and interface support to ensure business systems are performing as efficiently and effectively as possible.
