Job Responsibilities:

• Associate will be expected to make decisions based on somewhat defined practices, exercising discretion to find solutions
• Coordinate with Procurement and Manufacturer Services departments to convey opportunities to enhance vendor relationship and reduce disputes, defects, and inefficiency when negotiating enterprise-wide agreements.
• Serve as escalation for all manufacturer returns disputes
• Support escalated claims from manufacturers for repayment of deductions for returns, negotiating with front-line leadership at manufacturer

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative and able to create visible value within the organization
• Analytical ability to take an opportunity, notice trends, research and suggest solutions to the manufacturer and internal partners
• Ability to negotiate effectively, aiming for win-win solutions that enhance McKesson’s position
• Detailed understanding and experience with process documentation and improvement
