    Responsibilities:

    • Design processes and equipment for manufacturing
    • Monitor equipment performance through periodic validation and performance testing
    • Provide strategic oversight of new and existing processes being deployed or modified
    • Research, design, and develop new process equipment to meet future objectives
    • Develop, configure, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes, from ideation to line certification and assembly qualification
    • Manage cost and time constraints
    • Ensure compliance with both internal and external requirements and procedures
    • Publish risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used
    • Collect data, write and submit reports, and present findings to senior management
    • Develop frameworks for monitoring and improving Engineering performance to plan
    • Provide value-added engineering solutions and drive continuous improvement in key projects for Test yield and Manufacturing process
    • Provide support in product test proliferation and excursion management activities
    • Develop frameworks for monitoring and improving Engineering performance to plan
    • Provide value-added engineering solutions to meet cycle time improvement, cost reduction and quality performance goals
    • Drive continuous improvement projects in Test processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years Board and/or System Level Manufacturing experience
    • 2+ years Manager or Supervisor experience desirable
    • PC/software experience with a variety of programs. Preferably, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), Linux, Python
    • Excellent time management and organization skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Excellent leadership abilities and rapport with other people from multiple regions and cultures
    • Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast paced ever-changing environment
    • Ability to pay attention to detail under pressure
    • Ability to motivate others
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other related background required.
    • 2+ year degree in a related field with documented previous experience subject to review
